The Belleville Business and Professional Women's Club selected local attorney, Susanne Oakley, as their 2008-09 Woman of Achievement.

In addition to her many volunteer efforts; Susanne has chaired the club's Scholarship Committee for many years. A member since 1997, Susanne received the club's Woman of the Year award in 2000.
The BPW will hold a Summer Tea Party 6 p.m. July 21 at 43740 Burtrig.. Any women wanting to learn more about the club, should confirm attendance the week of July 14 to Gloria Dougherty, 697-9892.
Leading the Belleville BPW club this 2008-09 year is: President Janet Millard, Vice President Gloria Dougherty, Treasurer Sophia Zoller and Secretary Connie Stoelton.
