Elwell Elementary School's Parent-Teacher Organization will host a fund-raising community concert March 13 at the Belleville High School auditorium, 501 W. On Jan. 9, President Justin Juriga and other members of the Belleville Lake Water Ski Club presented a check for $1,700 to the Girlstown Foundation staff. This is the fifth year the ski club has raised money for the foundation through its annual Polar Bear Water Ski event.
